Small Ball Training

Players will be asked to bring a “small” ball to these trainings such as tennis balls, rubber golf balls, dodgeballs and size 1 soccer balls (any creative idea is great!). Coaches will then have the players work on dribbling, passing, receiving and shooting these balls at very high speeds. By making the player think about how hard to strike, or what part of the foot to use when controlling the smaller ball, they will have that much more control and confidence with normal size soccer balls.
Trainings will be FREE to all Select players!
