The child’s mind is often over-stimulated by the hectic pace of today’s lifestyle, and yoga can counter these stresses thru playful postures. ¬†Yoga at an early age has many benefits including confidence building, promotes balance and coordination, improves focus, develops calmness, sharpens awareness and helps cope with stress and big emotions.


In this introductory yoga class we will learn basic yoga postures and skills as we work toward a vinyasa flow. Balance work, handstands, and splits will all be part of the challenge and fun! At the end of each class we will practice savasana, the quiet pose, and even try some meditation. All in a fun girly way! No prior experience necessary.
